5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Trial Period

14-day trial period for new users with access to Pro features.

5.2 Subscription Plans

Monthly and annual billing options available.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

No Refunds: As this is a digital service with immediate access, refunds are not permitted under any circumstances.

7.1 Subscription Cancellation

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused time in the billing period
  • After the billing period ends, your account will revert to the Basic plan

7.2 Billing Period

  • Monthly subscriptions: Access until the end of the paid month
  • Annual subscriptions: Access until the end of the paid year
  • You will not be billed again after cancellation

7.3 Service Access

  • Pro features remain accessible until the end of the paid period
  • Data and settings are preserved when reverting to Basic plan
  • You may resubscribe at any time to regain Pro access

By subscribing to our service, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. This policy is in place due to the immediate access to digital services and features provided upon payment.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

In compliance with GDPR Article 17:

  • Account data is retained while your account is active
  • Data is kept for 30 days after account deletion for backup purposes
  • You can request complete data deletion at any time
  • Payment records are retained as required by law

9. Changes to Terms

These Terms of Service are effective as of December 22, 2024 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
